Setting new standards in concrete supply

MOBILE Wetbatch Global PTY Ltd (MWG) specialises in the supply of premixed concrete to remote resource and infrastructure construction projects in the Asia-Pacific region.

A growing track record combined with a clear focus on quality, safety, and delivery is enhancing MWG’s reputation as a viable alternative to the larger industry incumbents.

The company’s safety and environmental record is unblemished, reflecting strict adherence to a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment Management Plan. MWG has obtained ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) accreditation.

MWG HAS SEVERAL POINTS OF DIFFERENCE

MWG is a financially strong, reliable and flexible organisation, spearheaded by a very experienced and hands on management team. We pride ourselves on our ability to think out of the box.

MWG has made significant capital investments into state of the art plant and equipment. The modular construction of the plant enables ease of assembly and limited mobilisation lead time.

MWG plants use a wet batch process and all constituent products are individually weighed versus the current practice of continuous weigh and dropping dry product into agitator bowl to mix. This results in a superior product and the opportunity for enhanced cost savings for client.

MWG has full time technical managers and a mobile NATA approved testing laboratory.

MWG works closely with various partners including JAGCOR with the aim of delivering first class service to our clients.

MOBILE MODULAR WET MIX PLANT

MWG in consultation with a specialised batch plant manufacturer has developed a range of durable mobile modular concrete batching plants for use on remote construction sites.

The plants vary in size from 35m3/hr to 120m3/hr theoretical output.

Ancillary plant and equipment provided will be adjusted to meet project requirements. This includes Water Chiller, RO plants, Mobile Concrete Testing Laboratories, and additional cement storage capacity.

MWG’s plants and operations have been designed to comply with all relevant Australian Standards (AS1379 – 2007 – Specification and Supply of Concrete)

The plants are fully automated and comprise an individual weigh system for aggregates, cement and additives, a wet batch twin shaft mixer and electronic computerised control system. The twin shaft mixer will alleviate the balling phenomena usually produced by dry mix batch plants.

Moreover, studies throughout Europe comparing wet batch process versus dry, shows the wet batch process delivers a higher mean strength and results are repeatable without spikes in the testing regime and a more meaningful standard deviation.
